Nice Dreams Cherberry is a blend featuring a tart cherry barrel and a blueberry barrel and imparts an amazing stone fruit and citric complexities along with an embracing acidity and funky nose. We age these golden sour ales with brettanomyces in barrels for a year and a half and finish secondary fermentation on fresh fruit purees for 3 more months afterwards. |
